With more than 70% of the UK population having been targeted by a scam in the last 12 months, and 38% of micro- and small businesses having identified a cyber attack on them, we understand that many of us up and down the country have never felt more vulnerable to cyber criminals.

For the first time, you can offer your employees, clients and customers our emergency response services to one of the fastest growing and most invasive crimes of the 2020s – enhancing your value to them in the process.

We’re here to help individuals and families if, just by living their lives, they happen to click on a scam link they shouldn’t, someone else gets access to their online accounts, personal photos and documents are lost, stolen or shared, or if a device becomes infected with a virus or other malware.

Our cyberSOS® range of services starts with our 24/7 UK-based family cyber emergency helpline.

Likewise for micro- and small businesses – in a world where there are very few affordable options for entrepreneurs and small enterprise owners to improve their resilience to cyber attack, our ACTIVCYBER™ small business cyber assistance service can help prepare for and respond to intrusion and interruption.

Trusted experts ready to support at what can be anxious or very distressing times – especially if there are other family members involved or if someone’s income is on the line.

And, of course, we’re also there before a criminal strikes. Our online content, tools and advice can help in preventing scams or device or network infection occurring in the first place.

Perfect partners

Employee benefits

Whether you’re a CEO, HR Head of Department, or a specialist provider of HR or employee benefits services to business, it’s rare to find an exclusively family-focused service that could nevertheless help employees back to work quicker or reduce anxiety and distraction if they become the victim of cyber crime at home.

Our support doesn’t end with just the employees either – we work with companies and benefits providers to help educate managers and staff to spot the signs that a colleague is in difficulty, and in how to help and support them in the most appropriate way.

Financial institutions

Banks and building societies continue to foot the financial bill for the emotional distress cyber criminals cause.

And that bill is about to increase with new legislation about to come into force.

While customers appreciate the financial safety blanket that banks provide at such times, many feel frustrated by the extra security steps that seem to increase year-on-year.

If you could turn that sentiment around by pro-actively offering a consumer-focused family cyber safety service, imagine how customer engagement with your services would improve.

Insurance brokers/providers

Our unique suite of family cyberSOS® service and/or insurance products and our ground-breaking ACTIVCYBER™ small business cyber assistance service are the first real innovations in the ancillary products market for over a decade.

Imagine being able to have an entirely new conversation with an existing customer about how you can now help them recover from a crime that is becoming more prevalent every year.

Whether as a new business attraction tool, renewal loyalty reward, embedded or stand-alone, our cyber assistance and insurance products offer great value for money.

Small businesses looking to improve their cybersecurity

If you look after the business needs of entrepreneurs and small businesses owners, you’ll know that they are often left out in the cold by inappropriate enterprise-scale cybersecurity products and services and often by the cost of commercial cyber insurance.

As a result, many shy away from taking any action to make their business more resilient to cyber attack.

Our ACTIVCYBER™ small business cyber assistance service helps owners to take practical, effective cybersecurity steps, while also offering a 24/7 emergency response helpline should a cyber incident occur and is designed to be built-in alongside the services you already offer.
